1. Service Scope & Acceptance

By engaging JarJ Infotech Solutions for laptop repair, laptop rental, IT product purchases, or travel ticket bookings, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Laptop Repair & Service Warranty

• Diagnostic & Repair Estimates: Repair quotes are provided after preliminary diagnosis. Additional hidden component damage identified during microscopic IC inspection will be communicated before proceeding.
• Warranty Period: Standard repair services include a 30-day to 90-day service warranty on replaced components or IC soldering, excluding liquid-damage recurrence or user accidental drops post-repair.
• Data Backup Responsibility: While JarJ Infotech Solutions exercises extreme care, clients are strongly advised to back up critical data prior to submitting devices for motherboard/chip-level repair.

3. Laptop Rental Terms & Conditions

• Rental Duration: Rentals are available on flexible daily, weekly, or monthly agreements.
• Security Deposit & Verification: Corporate rentals require valid company registration/GST documentation. Retail rentals may require refundable security deposits and government photo ID.
• Usage & Return: Rented equipment must be returned in the original operating condition. Damage caused by liquid spills, unauthorized physical teardown, or extreme physical impacts will incur repair fees deducted from deposit.

4. Refurbished Laptops & Hardware Sales

• All refurbished laptops undergo a rigorous 40+ point quality inspection before sale.
• Refurbished laptops include a 1-Year Comprehensive Warranty provided directly by JarJ Infotech Solutions.
• Jabra and Apple products carry official manufacturer authorized warranties under partner terms.

5. Travel Booking Assistance

JarJ Infotech Solutions acts as an authorized travel booking assistance agent for bus and train tickets. All ticket issuance, cancellations, schedule modifications, and refund policies are subject to the respective transport operator's guidelines (e.g., IRCTC, bus operators).

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
